Retro game streaming service Antstream Arcade has today announced an exclusive deal with Japan’s D4 Enterprise, which will see its MSX games join Antstream’s library of iconic games with titles to include Super Cooks, Neo Golvellius, Nyanpi, Jyaboon Runner, and Jump Hero II: Life is Jyaboon.
Antstream is the world’s first and largest classic game streaming subscription service and has amassed the largest collection of fully licensed games titles available for streaming in one place with over 1100 retro games available on-demand through an ad-supported freemium model or a subscription of £7.99 per month.
CEO of Antstream, Steve Cottam, said: “The MSX system holds a special place in my heart as it was my first home computer. It was the machine I leant to code on which set me on a path that ultimately led to the creation of Antstream. So, it is an absolute privilege to be entrusted with the MSX brand for cloud streaming.”
“No library of games could be considered complete without that inclusion of D4 Enterprise’s catalogue, and bringing these classics to the Antstream platform is a significant step towards making Antstream Arcade the go-to platform for casual games worldwide.”
CEO of D4 Enterprise, Naoto Suzuki, added: “We’re very pleased to be able to bring the fun of MSX games to retro gaming fans around the world through this partnership. We hope you will enjoy the wonderful world of streaming, a new technology in the gaming industry, and the very nostalgic content of the MSX.”
